At About You Gift Box, we take great care in curating beautiful, high-quality gifts for you and your loved ones. If something isn’t quite right due to a fault, we're here to make it right.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at support@aygb.co.nz. We’ll arrange a replacement, online credit or refund depending on the situation at our discretion.
Exchanges or Returns Process
If an exchange or return is sought:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The item must be returned to us within 7 days, in unused condition with original packaging and tags intact.
- Items should be carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.
- All returns must be sent via track and trace with signature required.
Shipping & Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender unless the item is confirmed as faulty. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. A 20% restocking fee may apply to cover the handling of returned goods.
Exclusions
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Sale items
- Custom or made-to-order products
