Welcome to About You Gift Box ("AYGB"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Ordering and Payment

• All orders must be placed through our website or approved channels.
  
• Prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are subject to change without notice.
  
• Payment must be completed in full before order processing, unless otherwise arranged.
  
• We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods.
  

2. Product Availability

• While we strive to keep our products available, some artisan and boutique items may be subject to availability due to limited stock or supplier constraints. In addition product packaging may change from time to time and differ from photos.
  
• In the event a product is unavailable, and we can’t make an impactful replacement, we will notify you promptly to discuss options.
• You acknowledge that props which have been used in photography of gift boxes that don't appear in the What's Inside the Box section will not form part of the gift box contents.

3. Delivery

• We deliver throughout New Zealand. Delivery times may vary based on location and order volume.
  
• Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. For same day urgent delivery please contact AYGB direct at support@aygb.co.nz
  
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  
• You confirm that where alcohol is included, both the sender and the receiver are aged 18 or over.
  

4. Gift Box Collaboration

• Each gift box is carefully curated from a range of over 300 products. Specific product requests can be accommodated where possible but are subject to availability. If you have a large order and want to develop something together for that occasion, contact us directly.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless items are faulty or damaged on arrival.
  
• Please inspect your gift box upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.
  

6. Liability

• About You Gift Box is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use or misuse of products included in our gift boxes.
  
• Given the nature of our business being online, we will not be held liable for any technical issues that impact your order.
  

7. Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the order process will be used solely for order fulfilment and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
